German submarine U-805 in 1945. The US Navy took U-805 on several Victory Visits to ports on the east coast before sinking her.

  2. U-505 is at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry. She was captured on the high seas by crews from Daniel V. Gallery's escort carrier task force. The story is exciting if you should take the time to look it up online. Also, Admiral Gallery's books are great reading.
