I have walked past this cabin. It is in a small by-fiord in the greater Godthåb fiord complex. The only way to get here is by boat. The people here have rigged up a nice pontoon habour. There is a handful of cabins here, if I remember correctly. Fishing is great in the deep water at the foot of the mountain in the background. How did you get this photo? /Anon

I'll send you a pic or two I took nearby - not of any cabins, but it might interest you anyway.
This place is called "Qooqqut" - it means "valleys", or rather "gorges" in the Greenlandic language. It is only 25 or 30 km east from the town of Godthåb ("Nuuk", nowadays). People come here from Nuuk in summer and autumn, just to fish, hunt and enjoy life. Nuuk is the biggest town in Greenland, and this place is by no means a remote place - after Greenlandic standards! It is the Greenlandic equivalent of having a beach house a little out of town. I like this place, but I would prefer a much more remote location for a cabin. Far, FAR north of this place. It is not visible on google maps, but the coordinates are 64.261845 N and 50.873222 W.
I have caught Cod, Redfish/Sebastes (and possbily Trout also, but i'm not sure) here. I have also shot a big reindeer bull a few kilometers up the valley (in the opposite direction of the photo above.)
